Thanks, but just to clarify further, messages remain in the outbox until read by (rather than delivered to) the recipient - after which they're moved to the sentbox.

Can someone clarify for me?
Can someone clarify for me?

Trying to send a message. what is the difference between sendbox and outbox on this site. I have three messages in sendbox and one in outbox, so I'm not sure if the one in outbox has sent yet? It's been sitting there since this morning.
Thanks
Thanks

They remain in the outbox until the message is "delivered" to the user you sent it to. After that, it is placed in the sentbox.
