Guardian Digital Forensics is a nationally known digital forensics consulting practice that handles cases and collections throughout the United States.

We are interested in developing relationships with independent contractors who wish to build their business by affiliating with Guardian.

We are seeking to add Digital Forensic Affiliates / Independent Consultants in all 50 states.

We have several options available:

Partnering:

As a partner company, we develop a cross marketing relationship with you. We partner with e-discovery companies, forensic experts in various fields and experts in digital forensics. As a partner, we cross refer cases and also sub-contract work to your company.

At Guardian we offer forensic analysis services in Video, Photo, Computer, Cell Phone, Cell Tower / Call Detail and GPS forensics. Becoming a partner would allow you to offer the services you may not be equipped to provide to your clients. It would also allow us to refer or sub-contract cases to your firm that we are not able to take on due to our backlog or travel cost impact on the local client.

1099 Consultants (Independent Contractors):

As a 1099 consultant, we contract with you on an as needed basis to work on cases, perform ESI collections and forensic acquisitions. You would be listed as one of Guardian's consultants on our web site. To become a consultant, you must have extensive, verifible experience and be willing and able to be listed as one of our consultants. Consultants who do not wish to work on the criminal defense side are not asked to do so and would be used only on civil cases or to assist law enforcement.


Affiliates - Sub-Contractors:

As an affiliate or sub contractor, we would engage you and or your firm to assist with ESI collections and forensic acquisitions.
