InfoSec/Digital Forensic Operations Manager; London. To £70K

My client, a leading provider of Digital Forensic and InfoSec services, is seeking a dynamic and proven leader to oversee the management and assist in driving the direction of staff in line with company aims and values. This is a key strategic role to the business and only outstanding candidates will be considered.
Candidates will have a strong background in Information Security Operations Management as well as the delivery of training in InfoSec incident response. Ideally you will have knowledge of digital forensic lab practices, evidence handling and experience in testifying as an expert witness. Ideally you will have knowledge of Government Risk Compliance (GRC) and experience with law enforcement or investigations.
You will have strong client facing and business development skills as well as excellent Project Management experience.
Your role will be:-
To manage the operational resources within the Training Services, GRC Integration and Digital Forensic Investigation team to maximise revenue in line with revenue targets
Ensure outstanding client satisfaction through effective management of client expectations
Demonstrate clear accountability for corporate business objectives
Support the Directors in obtaining new business through bid submission
Team leadership and development
Minimum Requirements:-
10 years experience in an IT Security technical environment with experience in PCI DSS, ISO 27000, ISO 31000 as well as application software, operating systems and network security
Strong management and leadership
Methodical, logical approach
Appreciation of process in investigations and incident response
Preferred Skills/Competencies:-
Knowledge & experience of operating systems: Windows, Macintosh, Linux or UNIX
Understanding of information systems security, network architecture, document management, e-mail systems, use of computer forensic tools
Good knowledge of PCI DSS, ISO 27000 family as well as CVSS, UCF, OWASP
Proficiency in project management and time management
Experience in delivering training courses
The ability to occasionally endure long working hours to support the needs of the organisation
Due to the nature of the role you will be expected to pass an in-depth background check to obtain security clearance. You will be expected to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion when performing your duties.
Salary £60K to £70K depending on experience and qualifications
