Courts Divided Over Searches of Cellphones
Courts Divided Over Searches of Cellphones

In the article it states: The issue will attract attention on Thursday when a Senate committee considers limited changes to the Electronic Communications Privacy Act."
Does anyone know what "limited" changes this Senate committee might be considering? If it's just changing the email provisions to require search warrants regardless of the time period I'd say that is pretty limited, but I wonder if there are other things on the agenda?
