Hi everyone,

I am new to forensics and I am trying to learn how to integrate the Sleuthkit library into an C++ program. So far I have found this site
somewhat helpful. But I find it very difficult to learn this just from just code documentation and examples (without explaining in the code what is being done). Does anyone know of a site or a book that gives good guidance on this matter?

Thanks in advance

I am new to forensics …

Good ) , but besides (and before that) are you a C++ programmer?

I mean, is the issue the actual documentation (or lack thereof) or are you also new to C++ programming?
Doxigen-generated content is almost a "standard".

Maybe you could subscribe to the "users" mailing list, and ask there, as there might be more people that went throuigh it
