Hi all,
I have a question on the usage of the second FireWire 800 port on the Tableau T35es.
I understand this is used for daisy chaining two tableau devices, but under what circumstances would this be useful?
Why would you not just attach both tableau's direct to the imaging machine? Or is this from before the days of USB3/eSata, if the fastest port on an imaging device is FireWire 800 and there's only 1 of them to use the daisy chaining technique to image two devices at once.
Any clarification would be greatly appreciated. I had a look on the Tableau quick start guides but they didn't provide any direction.
Thanks
