Thanks for the comments everyone. There are one or two minor tweaks still to be made but overall I hope it's been a step in the right direction.

Definitely looks good . . .

Let me be the first one to make a request - is there a way to turn off the right side vertical bar while in the forum? I really do not need to see the user info, latest jobs, blog while reading the forum - but most importantly it is taking away real estate. Mr. Green

Hmmm, not bad Rolling Eyes , but still it won't change my generic approach to the issue Crying or Very sad :

Namely background is too whitish/glaring for my tired eyes, if I really-really want a suntan, I tend to go to the beach.

Is there any way to change the layout of the forum listings? I like the overall design but when I click on the "Posts since last visit link" the layout looks it's not finished. Too much white space.

I like what you have done to the site.

Massive improvement Jamie, congratulations.

It'd be further enhanced if the design was unified across the site (though this may already be on the books?). Clicking on 'Articles' and 'Blog' from the main blue navigation bar at the top takes you to pages which could appear to be from a different source.

On the forum front I can no longer see the location of the poster or their post count. Both can be helpful. [edited to add: just realised that this info is available on hovering over the user name. Cool, but maybe better if just displayed?]
