Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N7000 VS UFED

Hi, I try to make physical Extraction with UFED Ultimate, I followed all the steps but each time It displays "Cannot Connect to phone" ... Is there a particular thing to do ???

I don't have access to the model, else I would be glad to help..
Have you emailed Ron S. @ Cellebrite? They would have access to that model and should be able to help you out...

Do you have a Classic or Touch UFED? I cannot locate the Classic supported phones list, but I know Cellebrite supports more phones on Touch than on Classic. I just don't know if the GT-N7000 is one of those.
I checked the Touch list, and the GT-N7000 is listed as supported for most options--Physical, bypass lock, file system extraction, as well as reconstructing the file system and decoding most phone information.
