Hi,

I'm trying to decrypt the database ,files used by Dropbox on a Linux system, specifically Ubuntu.

While there are tools such as IEF's dropbox decoder, these only work on windows systems and so far the information I can find on the Linux set up is limited.

I've been trying to map the Windows files to the Linux equivalent to see if I can use the decoders that way. So far I have the .dropbox folder in the /home/%username%/ directory, however I can't seem to find a dropbox cache as of yet. The situation is further complicated by the use of Bleachbit cleaning software.

Has anyone had any experience with Dropbox on Linux or any suggestions as to where the information required to decode the files may be?
