Infosec, Sans, They have both things that you are looking for. I am setup to do the CEH through Infosec. I've taken both my Sec+ and Net+ through them within the last few months.

I will be doing the SANS courses in May and Aug and the CEH in July.

Another thing I have noticed is that SANS classes are a bit more money + you need to get a hotel and they usually plan stuff in nicer hotels. Where as Infosec even though the hotels they use are not roach motels but lodging is included. SANS also breaks the classes up into more separate classes which is more money for them but I think the quality of what they teach seems to be better. Infosec is a Bootcamp style. SO they cram as much crap down your throat and hope you retain it to pass the test. Cool thing about Infosec though is if you fail you can sit in that same class for free again.

This can be a bad thing or a good thing.

The SANS 408 course & 508 also give you things like write blockers, Helix Boot CD and a bunch more stuff. That to me is sick.

Speaking of that keep in mind that any course that you pay out of your own pocket can be written off as deductions on your taxes. I did $9400 this yr. Just keep your receipts for everything.
