Our client, a multinational financial services organization with an exceptional internal information security and risk function are looking for an E-Discovery Support Analyst. Integral to this unit is a dedicated e-Crime and Investigations unit with a specialized Cyber Forensics Investigations lab. E-Discovery is a critical in their ability to provide the legal teams with information supporting cases and as such, they have a need for a team of e-Discovery Support Analysts to provide assistance with a large project about to be undertaken. It is anticipated that this contract will take approximately 6 months+.
The e-Discovery Support Analyst will:
-Take responsibility for activities within the life cycle of a forensic engagement including document and email analytics, litigation support and document review management
-Liaising with forensic investigators, in-house legal counsel & compliance management
-Work within a controlled forensic & e-discovery / litigation support environment
-Assisting forensic investigators & legal teams with case documentation
-Export data to other formats for sharing with co-counsel or clients
-Analyze and quantify data, administer database security, and perform quality control of work product
Skills you will need:
-To be computer literate and have a high level of administration skills
-Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Be able to pay attention to detail and have an extremely keen eye for quality control
-A high level of concentration and organization
-Good time management and an ability to multitask, prioritise and manage competing demands
-A methodical approach to analyzing and rectifying user queries, understanding consequences of actions
-Have proven experience of working with databases and large sets of data in various formats
-Technical experience of dealing with numerous file types, data management and e-Discovery systems and set up
-Experience of working in a legal focused environment
-Flexibility to work beyond normal office hours, on occasion if necessary, to complete a task
-Be professional & friendly
-Maturity & patience
This is an excellent contract opportunity for an eDiscovery / Litigation Support Analyst in a high profile firm with a committed and outstandingly successful team.
