E-Discovery Customer Relationship Manager - £45K-£65K

Our client, an eDiscovery product provider with a global client base, is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join their Litigation Support team based in London. As an eDiscovery Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for both the implementation and ongoing management of customers using their suite of E-Discovery products.
To qualify you will ideally possess:
• A background in E-Discovery/Litigation Support
• Experience with eDiscovery products within a legal firm or consultancy
• Experience in project and operations management support
• Experience in client management and engagement
• Effective time management and the aptitude to work to tight deadlines
