University of Maryland University College (UMUC) has some digital forensics courses. Best POC is probably Jim Chen -- jchen @ umuc.edu.

In Chicago and Wheaton, Illinois at the Illinois Institute of Technology's Center for Professional Development (CPD) there is an Information Technology & Management program with both undergraduate and graduate degree offerings. They offer one class in IT Forensics (ITM 538 - Computer & Network Forensics).

In Auckland, New Zealand, the AUT University is offering a Master of Forensic IT, which I am aiming towards. I'm an undergrad student now, taking the Bach. Computer and Information Sciences with the Networks and Security major, which leads into the MFIT.
