Details:
Required GCSEs: English Language and Mathematics (grade C or above) or equivalent.
Other requirements: Through your personal statement you are expected to demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to computing. You may be required to provide evidence of previous learning or attend an interview as part of the selection process.
Applicants over 21 years may not require formal qualifications but must demonstrate the motivation to succeed and the potential to complete and pass the course. You may be required to provide evidence of previous learning or attend an interview.
Academic guidance will be sought if work experience is to be taken into consideration.
Applying via UCAS?
If you're not sure how your qualifications fit into the UCAS tariff, don't worry. The entry requirements ask for an overall tariff score, to include a minimum score from 6, 12 or 18 unit awards.
Advanced Diploma
We welcome applications from those studying the new Advanced Diploma qualifications and will consider them as an entry requirement for our undergraduate courses. Individual course requirements do vary depending on the discipline and specific subjects and grades may be required.
