Can anyone recommend a company in Eastern US to send a hard drive to to find pictures. My friend has alot of pictures of his granddaughter and doesnt want to lose them... Ive tried hooking up the dr ...

Personally, I find actual sameple files to be the best way to learn. You can read techniques forever, but you still need practical experience to apply those techniques and see rtesults.
