Canadian judgment on recent CP case

Post Posted: Apr 02, 08 22:50

There's a judgement available from the Canadian Legal Information Institute which makes interesting reading:

http://www.canlii.org/en/on/oncj/doc/2008/2008oncj97/2008oncj97.html

It covers issues surrounding possession, access, definition of CP etc. and includes extracts from testimony. It also sheds some light on the challenges and inherent difficulties investigators face when bringing digital evidence to court.

Wow! This shows how difficult is to prove in court something that at a first glance seems quite incriminating for the forensic examiner.

Thanks for the link. Very interesting lecture.
