Thoughts on UCD vs. Champlain Programs

So I'm very close to pulling the trigger on a master's degree and have pretty much narrowed my focus to these two programs (UCD's MSc in Forensic Computing & Cybercrime Investigation vs. Champlain's MS in Digital Forensics). I've read up, here and elsewhere, on each and both seem to be solid choices. I'm also hearing good things about both in person, on good authority.

Judging on curriculum alone, the UCD program seems like the better fit for me personally. They seem to lean a bit more technical with less emphasis on business and legal aspects, which I prefer.

On the other hand, for part-time study, UCD *requires* enrollment in 2 classes every semester - which, given work, family and other obligations, is a strike against them for me. Champlain's program has no such requirement and will allow you to spread courses apart as you see fit, also adding an available summer semester.

Again, first impressions push me more toward UCD. And all other things being equal, I'd much prefer to dive right in and drink from the fire hose, but need to balance that against the rest of life.

So, to my questions

1. Can anyone provide any details on how the Champlain program stacks up in terms of adding to one's level of technical ability? Obviously, mileage will vary here but I'm interested in all opinions, especially from those with firsthand experience.

2. Can anyone speak to how it compares (in this same way) to the degree offered by UCD?

Thanks!
