Digital Forensic Sales Manager Opening

Tri-Tech Forensics, Inc. is expanding its Digital Forensics sales team and is interested in hiring highly-motivated, self-starters to join its growing Digital Forensic division. The division offers a broad range of best-in-class hardware and software solutions as well as forensic analysis through its digital forensic lab. Customers include a variety of national and local law enforcement agencies as well Fortune 500 corporations and law firms. The hardware and software sales range from customized kit solutions to standard hardware sales for processing and storage to software sales for data extraction. Through the digital forensic lab, we offer our customers a broad range of services including the ability to extract, examine and report on information found on cell phones, computers, game consoles and other digital sources.

The salesperson will be managed by the Vice President of Digital Forensics. Job functions will include:

• Contacting prospective and existing customers regarding software sales
• Entering sales leads within our existing CRM
• Registering opportunities with our vendors
• Searching bid sites for opportunities
• Entering customer orders
• Filling out customer contract information on service work
• Assisting with the preparation of bids
• Work with Marketing to keep the content of the digital forensic website current

The salesperson will be provided a list of leads to contact including some existing customers.

The sales process is complex with several stages, including the introduction of our company and capabilities, determining the customer's needs and demonstrating our solution's capabilities.

Desired Skills and Expertise:
• Familiarity with software, cell phones and computer hardware
• Complex multi-step sales experience
• Experience with hardware and software solutions on an enterprise level is preferred
• Self-motivated and driven – independent worker
• CRM experience

Compensation Structure:
Salary commensurate with experience
Commission 5% of gross profit

We have 5 different Divisions within our company and each one has a sales person or sales team. We employ approximately 85 people in roles ranging from warehouse work, light assembly, print shop production, kit assembly, customer service, marketing, sales and accounting.
