As you seem to be a first time poster, perhaps you should take a little time reading the guidelines for starting new topic. They're shown above the text frame when you create a topic.

.Net is a framework, more of an API. While there are programming languages that can call .Net methods, your question seems
to presume some specific programming language. And those types of questions may be better answered in communities that focus on those languages.
