As anybody who has worked on plain unencrypted PST files has certainly noticed you can't simply search text in them like you can on DBX or simple MBOX files. This little tool takes a PST file or a RAW (DD) disk image and "flips every bit" according to the permutative encoding algorithm documented on
Windows XP and above
.NET Framework 4.0 (or 4.5 or 4.5.1)
Simply select the input file, the output file and click start.
Q. The application doesn't start and Windows shows a "Outlook permutative decoding tool v1.0.0.0.exe is not a valid Win32 application." message
A. You need to install Framework 4.0, 4.5 or 4.5.1 (the last should be preferred since it includes both the previous versions)
