Computer Forensic Researcher intern, home based (UK)

Forensic Control is seeking an enthusiastic and business-minded computer forensics student as an unpaid intern for the role of a Computer Forensic Researcher.

We'd like you to contribute approximately 8-10 hours of your time per week. This will be taken up by conducting research, writing short articles and contributing in any way you see fit to help the company during our current rapid expansion. We anticipate the position lasting for at least 3 months. You will be able to carry out most, if not all, of this work remotely and will not need to travel to our offices in London. On occasion we may ask you to accompany us on forensic imaging jobs, where your costs (travel & subsistence) will be met.

Primarily you need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good knowledge of computer forensics and current issues facing it.

About you
- Have an interest in a dynamic, creative company in the field of cyber forensics and behavioural analysis
- Are in the final year of a computer forensics (or similar) degree
- Are motivated, enthusiastic and personable
- Are organised, task oriented and resourceful
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have excellent time management skills
- Have experience working independently
- Preferably be familiar with Google Apps for Work www.google.com/work/ap.../products/
- Be UK based and be permitted to work here

About the position
The Computer Forensic Researcher Intern will mainly be responsibilities for conducting business development research and making suggestions for implementation and providing short articles to help in the promotion of our services. We'd also welcome your ideas and feedback on aspect of our service.

In return you have the chance to make a real contribution to the growth of a unique company in this sector. On satisfactory completion of the internship, we will be happy to provide references for you. If a successful relationship develops, there is potential for this role to become a paid position.
