Technical Support Engineer - London

Nuix is experiencing phenomenal international growth with no sign of abating. As a result, we require an outstanding Technical Support Engineer to provide first level support for wide range of products offered by Nuix.

The key areas of responsibility will include
● Provide high quality technical support to Nuix customers and ensure that all Nuix clients’ technical outcomes are being met
● Respond to technical support tickets as well as direct customer calls providing first level support
● Triage all issues and, if escalation is required, ensure that all relevant information has been collected and evaluated to ensure rapid resolution
● Assist with Nuix’s current Quality Assurance program to including testing, test writing and use case modelling
● Assist with improving Nuix online documentation
● Develop in-depth expertise in select areas of Nuix related technical knowledge

To be considered for this role, you will possess:
● Ideally 2-3 years of technical/ support services experience or experience in a similar role
● Advanced diagnostic abilities to quickly identify and define customer issues
● Ability to see bigger picture when troubleshooting issues reported by clients and partners
● Excited & passionate about our Nuix story/mission/values
● Ability to thrive in a fast paced, agile environment
● Ability to work collaboratively in a small team, cross functionally with entrepreneurial spirit
● An individual with self-starter mentality and well defined work ethic
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Strong organizational, prioritization and time management ability
● Demonstrated problem solving ability and attention to detail to deliver high quality output
● Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across multiple time zones
● Proven success acting as a positive company ambassador

Preferred skills:
● Understanding of the major email and archiving platforms
● Understanding of Web application, TCP/IP networking, domain name system
● Knowledge of VMWare, Citrix and Remote Desktop
● Understanding of legal review and forensic collection technologies currently available
● Understanding and experience of litigation support industry
● Some understanding of sales processes
● Understanding of computer forensics and/or corporate/internet search
● Experience with Elastic Search also desirable
● Programming skills are not required – but the ability to script or work with scripts is desirable
