Hey,
Cellebrite's new decrypted physical extraction for iOS supports all iOS 8 and iOS 9 versions up to 9.3.3 (inclusive) for models 4s, 5 and 5c.
Note Cellebrite's new solution can extract locked devices without knowledge of the passcode.
In your case you can, indeed, use the new public jailbreak should your procedures allow it.

It is a 5s

i tried links you have been given beta version of jailbreak systems

Result there is no administrative privilage on the device but we can install cydia

i use terminal aplications with cydia dd command said to me resource busy
