So i have .xls format phone bills from carriers. for 1 phone, it should show who called most, and timeline view, and visualize it in understandable form for anyone /like oxygen social graph/. for 2 or more bills it should show interactions between those phones, or 3rd phone that connecting those numbers. well basically we need something that processes phone bill, visualize it in easy way. any suggestions? thank u. is cellebrite link analysis can do those?

I use Lexis Nexis Timemap for visualization, it takes a little working to get it right, but incredibly useful.

Gephi is free. Can load data from CSV, XML, GEXF and DOT files, and yes you can merge the results.

Can be a pain to get working since it's written in Java roll Crap support, and the developers have update cycles of once every 2 years or something, and they break things like plugins (stream plugin was broken last release), timestamps in files was also broken at the same time, which made me abandon it.

No support for images or shapes.

We receive CDR analysis cases in our lab with the points you have mentioned in your post. I have been working for quite a few time now with PhoneLog CDR Analyzer. The points you have mentioned are mostly covered in its capabilities and i have found it very easy to use unlike other CDR's. Compettitive pricing and useful reports. Ping me if you would need some help.

Well, for the record, the OP was talking about Phone Bills (in .xls Excel format), not CDR data.
The request was - if I get this right - to a generic data visualization tool, not a specific CDR one.

Check out Cellhawk from Hawk Analytics. They have a free 30-day trial so you can easily load, map and analyse your CDRs. They support all the major US carriers and it is very easy to use. One can literally drag and drop the CDR into CellHawk, which automatically parses the data. CellHawk can plot 10,000 CDRs in a matter of seconds.
