Then it is just fair to visibly mark them, so radiation sensitive people have a chance to actually notice them and be radiation sensitive around them.

6W of course cannot be the EIRP. Its just the eNodeB transmitter power. The antenna itself would have an antenna gain in -dBi (deciBel isotrope). So how is the EIRP calculated?
