Whilst trying to extract this device using the logical method, a Nokia RM-647, Model 1280, I receive this message,

An unhandled exception has occurred and the application is shutting down.

The only option I receive is ok, in which it completely shuts down (exits) UFED 4PC.

When I retried, but this time with File System Extraction, it successfully completes it. But I'm unsure of the amount of data that it will get back for me compared to a Logical extraction, and I cannot turn on the phone to see what's inside it already because it would require me to put in a sim card which I'm not allowed to do. I can turn it on WITHOUT entering a sim card for extraction purposes obviously, but that wouldn't let me access the Contacts and other important sections of the phone.

What is the problem with this, I'm running the latest version of UFED 4PC on Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit.?
Do you think for this File System is enough, could there be more data on the Logical side?
I also extracted the sim separately, using both Logical, and File System just to be sure.

There's no way to say at this distance. If there's a log file somewhere it may contain more detailed information, like pinpointing the location of where the exception was thrown.

In any case, it's Cellebrite's problem, and they should be just as interested as you in getting rid of it.
