Does anyone have a good public use resource for computer forensic document templates (chain of custody, evidence storage, etc.)? I'm just ramping up our forensic processes and need to use some of these forms. I'd hate to re-invent the wheel if I don't have to.
Thanks!
There is a decent chain of custody form on the Helix CD. You can also find various ones on Google.

I recommend downloading a copy of the DOJ's special report "Forensic Examination of Digital Evidence" It doesn't cover everything, but it gives a good basic outline of procedures and forms. Plus it is always nice to say "We model our procedures on Department of Justice standards."
