Thanks for your reply..For a case that has intend to harm another party, what type of punishment that he will get? Is there is a law/act in United States related with cyber crime but specifically for juvenile case or this case will be charge under same case as adult? Because from my study, there are so many law/ act related with cyber crime in United States.

It seems to me like the usual "vague" and "otiose" question, moreover it is a kind of "legal" (as opposed to "digital forensics") question, most probably not suited (even if it was actually somehow better defined) to this forum.
