A problem for a long time but worth thinking about at which first point to detect that a victim got lured into IdentityTheft. Crypto has to design algos to protect users. Reality shows victims come to police and report their problems or got checked at boarder control/airport.

How detect investigators in the field that IdentityTheft occured? How to decide between a lie of a 'victim' and real IdentiyTheft?

Ideas idea
1)Fingerprint+iris scan+DNA.
2) Get them for all citizens
3) Make a secure database of the info accessible to the police/investigators
4) Shut down this senseless internet and require physical presence of the citizen for anything, test people as per #1

Voilà! No more identity theft cases.

No, wait 😯

Good ideas for the long run. Behavior Analytics and Pattern Recognition can be a middle way before all multibiometrics come. BodyTemp e.g. seems interesting. If you have a FaceHistory like in the iPhones >=X or new iPads Pro it should be possible to visually reverse to temperature calculation.

Do you think FaceHistory and TodayFaceMatching would work?
