Hi Sasha

I'm interested in the above, can you please tell me more. I have completed my third post grad in digital forensics as I wanted a change in career. I have been a lecturer at all levels following my previous masters of Internet computing and systems analysis. This also led to work in many IT sectors. Computer security and forensics is a field I enjoy and have researched from phones through to industrial attacks.

I am looking for challenges to work with, I don't mind where.

I look forward to hearing from you

This is a very interesting job posting! I intended a quick glance out of curiosity, but it grabbed my attention and proved to be most diverting.

No job information, no contact information for "Sasha", just a company name and location.

A little quick googling (is that officially a verb now) found the company web site.

The web site is mostly cutesy graphics and vague market speak with nothing concrete to really latch onto. It has almost no supporting web presence although online business lookups suggest it's been around for about three and half years.

Multiple places indicated that "Julian - Thomas Erdoedy" is the CEO, including a picture that is rather less than expected for a CEO.

Back to Forensics, in particular Time Lines. According to LinkedIn :

Experience

CEO
DSIRF GmbH
January 2016 – Present 3 years 7 months
Vienna, Zurich, Berlin

AI Strategist
BiTech-Labs
February 2017 – Present 2 years 6 months
Moscow, Russische Föderation

There are other entries, but these two dramatically overlap.

The BiTech-Labs web site says it's in Moscow, but it too is cutesy graphics and vague market speak.

It's been a fun 30 minutes googling. I encourage you to do your homework and draw your own conclusions.

You mean just like 99% of company sites nowadays? Question

As a side note, there is - generally speaking, not specifically - something that I can't bear (maybe it is also something lost in translation) which is the "about us" page, omni-present, that usually has nothing about the story of the company or of the people in it but a lot of fluff about the "mission" (another thing I have difficulties to deal with).

Now, specifically, a translation of this (into plain or layman's English) would be nice:

DSIRF sharpens a business' understanding of the potential of these developments and enriches its insights in commercial, political and social environments. The unique combination of our predictive data models and tailored research operations allow us to manufacture intelligence products that directly translate into a strong competitive edge.

Maybe it is just me, but if I cannot understand WHAT someone does, it is unlikely that I can find out if I *need* their product or services.
