hello ,
i found

i also heard of a book "Cyberlaw National and International Perspectives", Roy J. Girasa, 2002, 0-13-065564-3"
do you know it ? feedback on it ?
The book CyberRegs by Zoellick is a good starting place too. It's broken down, but is a good high level reference that may point you in the right direction.
hi
i recently found a very readable introduction book..
introduction to computer law by brian bainbridge … covers aspects of copyright , data protection act, computer misuse act .
Do you mean Introduction to Computer Law by David I. Bainbridge?
http//
bj
yes …
sorry …
it was the middle of the night and my memory needed tea …
There are a few good sources out there. I have used the following
"Electronic Evidence" by Alan Gahtan (1999) Thomson Canada Limited
The Encase legal journal at http//
Encase focused, but discussion on expertise required and review of cases is good.
Try http//

Is there any book recently published with current UK and US legislation for forensic computing analysis?
I would also prefer to read a book that talks about history on how and why there were changes in legislation in the past. Most importantly, I need an updated guide of legislation.
Any help, please?

This is a very good book, got me though my Computers and the Law exam. I still use it as a reference in work too, definitely a good read.
Just to note though mine was titled 'Information Technology Law'
