Cellebrite EULA says in F. License Prohibitions.
…shall not…including without limitation selling any Product in a secondhand market.
The EULA online version you find here
Same as mistaking touch unit with my Ufed touch units
You are rung again
If units are registered and licensed you can’t sell or transfer but those units are not registered are not licensed
So I can sell them
Whoever buys them will register and license units on there name or business
So out off 11 working units only 5 to sell
Not working units 27 only 15 to sell most people are buying for screen replacement as my screens are mint
The European Court of Justice (ECJ), the uppermost legal body of the European Union, provided for final clarity with its judgement and declared trade in used computer programs to be fundamentally legitimate.
The ECJ also ruled that the trade in used software is also permitted with software transferred online.
The EULA doesn't got priority over other laws

As I previously stated, this is valid in the EU only.

Even in that instance there were conditions.
According to the ECJ, the resale of software licences was generally permitted under the following conditions
The computer program was put on the market within the EEA with the rights holder’s consent.
The original rights holder granted a perpetual licence, meaning without time limitations.
The rights holder received reasonable remuneration.
The initial acquirer (who later resells the licence) deletes all remaining program copies.

Yes, this is also now true in the US.
No maker of a hardware device that requires special software to run can sell the physical device then force payment to continue to use software without which the sold hardware would be rendered less valuable. Supreme Court, 2016
Cellebrite is aware of that ruling and in fact that stopped the nasty letters and lawsuits.
Wilmer Hale, can you believe?
Anyway, I have 4 CELLEBRITE TOUCH UFED devices. One complete with cables and v 7.1 exp 6/2018. The others are the device and charger only and are older software versions but work fine by manually entering legacy info for the phone being examined.
