I have two Logicube MD5 forensic hard drive capture systems. One has version 2.43 software loaded the other has version 1.73. I am trying to update the 1.73 to the 2.43 version from the CF card but I am missing the cf_load.h86 update file. I have the forensic.h86 file in the root of the CF but not the cf_load.h86. I have searched Logicube's website but can not find any updates for the Logicube MD5 forensic hard drive capture system. Can anyone help. Thanks.

Sure there is not, but there is a sentence seemingly saying that IF you can't find what you are looking for (obviously related to a Logicube product) you should please contact support.
If you do not see your product model listed or if you need instructions on how to update the software on your product please contact our technical support department via email at support @ logicube.com or via telephone at 818-700-8488 opt.
Of course it is very possible that they don't support that model anymore in any way, but as I see it, I would ask them, first thing, if this is the case and/or if they have a "legacy devices" repository or simply be so kind as to send you a copy of the needed files as a favour.

I contacted Logicube and they kindly sent me the cf_load.h86 via email.
I have now updated both Logicube units to version 2.43 and they both work great.
