Learning Slowly need suggestions

I am working a couple cases on some locked devices and I cannot seem to figure out how to get at least one in EDL mode. The first one is a Motorola One 5G Ace w/qualcomm SM7225 chipset.

The other is an LG K31 Mediatek MT6762 Chipset.

When I try to dump the Motorola the software wants me to choose a fire hose. I am not exactly sure what that is.

I am using oxygen forensics.
