January 25th 10:25 AM --- when magnet axiom is showing displaying these types of regsitry events such as application update - these are in the local time of the computer correct? Not UTC correct?

the artifacts are being displayed in what timezone?
it is the time zone of the imaged device?
in this case example the imaged device appears at UTC - 0?
how is magnet axiom displaying time for artifacts - what is the time zone?
