Nuix - Export overlay of Duplicate Custodian and Paths help

Hi All,

Nuix is ingesting data and exporting very fast but when we need dedupe overlay of Duplicate Custodians and Duplicate path with GUID then Nuix is very slow.
Is there any best and fastest option to export overlay by Nuix instead of saving by export view in csv?
