Tool for data analisys

Hi all,

I use to work with EnCase and dtsearch for index and analyzing data and mails during forensic investigation. And now we are going to expand our Lab, so we have the possibility to get new tools.

I would like to improve our methodology to data/mails analysis, and I have started to study other possibilities like NUIX, or even use google desktop api to develop our particular information analisys platform.

Has any one real experience with nuix or google desktop ??

Can you recommend other tools useful for this purposes ?? ( probed in a real forensic-work environment )
