bigjon, here is an example where the EF can be found.

For USIM Detective use USIM Professional, that means the professional report not the standard report.

Phase 2 SIM Card

7F206F78 (Access Control Class)

Response 00 00 00 02 6F 78 04 00 1A FF FF 01 02 00 00

File ID 6F78
Type of file EF
Structure of file Transparent
File Size 0002
Read Access CHV (PIN) 1
Write Access CHV (PIN) 10
Increase Access CHV (PIN) 15
Rehabilitate CHV (PIN) 15
Invalidate Access CHV (PIN) 15
File Status Not Invalidated

bigjon, just as an update.

In USIM Detective having opened a previously acquired image, select 'produce forensic report' and select from the drop down menu

'File Content Report (All Acquired Files)'

When an html report has been produced on screen search for 'USIM 6F78 (EFACC)' output content looks like this

File Data 08 01

ACC 15 = not allocated
ACC 14 = not allocated
ACC 13 = not allocated
ACC 12 = not allocated
ACC 11 = allocated
ACC 10 = not allocated
ACC 9 = not allocated
ACC 8 = not allocated
ACC 7 = not allocated
ACC 6 = not allocated
ACC 5 = not allocated
ACC 4 = not allocated
ACC 3 = not allocated
ACC 2 = not allocated
ACC 1 = not allocated
ACC 0 = allocated
