Access to Iphone root  

I'm looking for a quick and easy way to access iPhone root folders.

I am looking into unauthorized application install and uninstall.

I dont want forensic software or to jailbreak phones if possible. Just to access \private\var\mobile\Library\FrontBoard\applicationstate.db

can this be done?
