ufed supports up to iPhone 4 (physical image)
is there any way to dump physical image except chip off?
CAIS. Cellebrite Advanced Investigative Services
i see.. but it cost so much money roll
As far as I know, no forensic software currently offers this.
You can forget about a full physical anyways because it is encrypted. Even CAIS only provides you with a filesystem dump.

Not sure what it will help in the case.
Jailbreak to make a 'physical extraction', it's the best option you have. Performing a good chip off on a iPhone above model 4 is a pain anyway + due to layers of encryption you need more then only the chip these days, especially with iPhones.
Cellebrite Services (formerly CAIS) can indeed extract a physical image of all 32-bit devices in all iOS versions.

For 32-bit devices, we get bit-to-bit physical image (DMG file). For 64-bit ones, we can acquyire the full file system – compared to DMG, the only file is missing is the keychain; all other stuff (location history, application data, cached mail) is there.
