Has anyone had any luck exporting data from Cellebrite in such a way that eDiscovery platforms can ingest it easily? Basically, I'm trying to create a concordance load file.

Cellebrite can generate reports to HTML, PDF, xlsx, Docx, and XML. I can also dump the file system.

After researching this, I've read that XML can be used but it doesn't go into detail as to why XML is the better choice.

You can import UFED output into Intella, and from there Intella can output load files for a number of platforms (Relativity, concordance etc)

XML may indeed be a better format for exporting data into another system, since it is structured and may be easier to parse, unlike PDF or Docx. Another possible format is Xlsx, which is also structured but may be limited by the type of formats it can carry for artifacts. Importing data to any eDiscovery system is subject to the system’s ability to parse and ingest the data. (Various systems may support formats which which may be determined to be exported from the UFED system.
