Hi,

I've just set up a new computer but I am having issues with extracting a dumbphone with a Coolsand chipset.

My old workstation works fine and is able to see the device in USBLogView as a 'Coolsand UMSS USB Device' and can extract using XRY/UFED.

I've installed UFED4PC and XRY on the new computer so I would assume the drivers are included in their installation? When I connect the same Coolsand device (and hold the '0' key when prompted) the USB device comes up as 'Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)'.

Any suggestions?
