I have a Physical image of a Samsung Galaxy Note 5. I processed the image with Physical Analyzer version 7.33 I noticed 99% of the photos don't have any GPS coordinates. Is there something else I need to do to capture this metadata?

Can you see if they turned off the geotagging? Typically go to camera>settings.
