Hey this is a bit of a failed try beforehand:

Customer sent his PRA-LX1 to me for removing screenlock password. I tried with eft dongle, which is only able to remove pins and pattern, but no password. Now the phone is in the state of not asking for a password, able to access the settings through quickaccess menu and that's it. Userdata is still crypted. Is there any way to decrypt the userdata? I am pretty new to forensics but willing to learn 🙂

I brought the phone to a friend who was ufed but it fails while reading bootloader in disable screenlock option.

You currently have your phone running without lockscreen app. It's not decrypter, it's not bypassed etc. This is a method that EFT uses to enable and authorize ADB connection. The thing is that if you didn't let if finish, or didn't have correct drivers installed (common problem), ADB auth dialog doesn't show up and then you'll stuck with no access to data and no way to recover this on your own.

You should ask EFT for help here and they will be able to restore it into a working state. EFT doesn't support "password" bruteforce, mainly because it's unreliable and can take forever. Essentially a bruteforce method with a good dictionary should be used.
