MCI has G&D UICCs. Can an iranian forensics expert confirm this please?

Is there an Iranian Law Enforcement expert which can help to verify about this massive-millions users breach?

At the moment only the technical proof was delivered but I search for Tehran cryptographers about the IR21 process within MCI.

What do G&D UICCs stand for?

Who are the Internet Gold Golden Lines? Sounds like a repository for successful memes.

Could be

G&D - Giesecke & Devrient
UICC -Universal Integrated Circuit Card

3.30 Currently, SIM card vendors personalise SIM cards on behalf of mobile network operators. Example SIM card vendors include Giesecke & Devrient, Gemalto and Oberthur.

3.7 In the late 1990s, the Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) was formed to develop a more advanced and secure mobile telephony system, which would eventually become the Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS). Under the 3GPP the SIM card evolved to become the Universal Integrated Circuit Card (UICC) smart card system. Within this system hardware and software components were logically separated into UICC (as hardware) and SIM (as software).

Yes, correct. G&D says their cards are A5/3 encrypted.

Which is the best UICC tool to dig as deep as possible into a 'SIM card (formally incorrect, I know)'?

Why does no SIM card expert relies to my answers?

Just a possibility, but maybe no SIM card expert read your answers (or questions?).
Or maybe no SIM card expert with the required knowledge exist.
Or maybe they exist but see no point in sharing their knowledge/experience with you.
