Want 2 Learn? 6G is far, far away looming. May in 2023 first standards will appear. 2028 or 2030 in real.

On FF haters are present. Are there new Collabs open for joint learning?

As connection density explodes in the spectrum congestion will result. So more RF silence is required, means agreed reconnection times must be pre-silence confrimed. Robustness of signalling is key.

New Collabs please give a SOL Sign-Of-Live. Toda

Reference is 5GNR SA or projected 6G NSA. UEside is underpowered vs RAN. The measurement report does not reach the SourceNode. So how regulates the RAN if the measurement report is missing/delayed?

Talking to myself is sad. What do you say?

CHO is normal process of inter-gNB. But what if the UE moves towards barred cells?

SIB1 includes the code of 'Cell Barred' besides TAI code and Cell ID. In 6G this will may remain the same. How can RF congestion in general being reduced?

5GNR introduced NSS for e.g. police, fireguard or emergency aspects. But the ordinary user will not profit of this spectrum splitting. What if a large number of L4 or higher automatic vehicles in the same geo area occupy the same slice and congestion again occurs?

For sure the lower refarmed LTE-bands will become the most valuable new 6G-network-slices. But rural environment or city building RF-shading/reflection increases RTT/delay. Robustness for expected 1 UE/m2 (highly crowded, big shade smaller devices) can only be achieved by elevated RX/TX antennas. But still spectrum congestion remains, any idea to solve?

Lets imagine an UE with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. May CA will comeback on existing 5GNR SA. If operating in the 700Mhz-band propagation (remind that logarithmic power-to-signal calc) is generally good, But does this mean in perspective 6G huge SoCs and batteries eat all the performance of the UE, cloud-gamiing will suffer?

Dear New Member, silent reader. You may are a greenorn to Mobile and Mobile Broadband Networks forensics but:

If you start today, you are years ahead of others related to 6G Mobile Broadband Networks and phones. So you feelings are mixed, bloody beginner but also ahead of time.

Hang-in with Mobile Broadband Networks learning. Crack the abbreviatons and you will learn.

You should start on 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) 3gpp.org
