I have a xiami redmi 9at to acquire. Actually it has no sim inside. I use mobile edito forensic.
I have got the tab developer option active. I activate debug USB. I need to activate install by USB. Every time I try to activate it the button goese back to off, and appear a message "connect to the net and retry".I don't want to connect it to a net.
What's the correct way to activate all the things?

I connected the smartphone to the WIFI of a not connected to Internet router. I tries to switch on the option but it ask for athorization.
Installing apps via ADB on Xiaomi devices requires Mi Account to be added. Instead, copy the apk file to the phone and install it using the built-in file manager app.
