[Solved] Help clear up surveillance footage of Arson

Ok so long story short, someone set my home on fire this last Halloween night.  I lost everything I own and have had to start completely over. It has been 6 months and no arrests have been made with little to no progress with the investigation.  I know who set it up and sent the person to light the fire, as does law enforcement.  The problem is, we can't prove who the actual individual in the video is, much less connect them to each other..  This surveillance footage is all I have of the suspect(s).  I know it's a long shot but I'm hoping someone here can please help clear up the video a little or at least point me in the right direction  Anything to get some more detail out of the suspect and/or the vehicle they were driving.  The last 6 months have been tough so I don't have much $ but I am willing to pay someone for their time and work.  Thank you in advance.  Here is a link to the videos so you can have an idea of what I'm working with.
