Oxygen Forensic Suite 2010 introduces iPhone password-protected backup reader

Oxygen Forensic Suite 2010 has introduced an iPhone password-protected backup reader. The new version simplifies activation of the product by removing user-based registration and adding USB Dongle option usage. 1. Added new iPhone password-protected backup reader add-on. Supported data extraction from iTunes backups protected by known password for iPhone and iPod Touch devices.
2. Added ability to extract data from iPhone backup files without password protection.
3. Licensing. User registration system is removed. Added two new licensing systems of the program – an Internet license with hardware binding and a license with USB dongle. See, the short movie on how to update to version 2.6.
4. Connection. Renewed devices search algorithm in Oxygen Connection Wizard. Now in the most cases to connect a device it is enough just to choose its connection type.
5. Export. Added export to CSV (comma-separated text) and TSV (tab-separated text) formats.
6. Added filter for text documents reading in Data Extraction Wizard. It is possible to extract files with .txt, .doc, .docx, .rtf, .pdf, .djvu, .xls, .xlsx, .csv, .ppt, .xps etc extensions.
7. Added new ways to contact Oxygen Software support and developers teams – site online consultation and twitter channel.
8. Added support for new devices based on Android OS: Motorola Milestone (Droid), Archos Internet Tablet, Camangi WebStation, LG GW620 Eve, Samsung Galaxy, Samsung I5700, Samsung Moment, Samsung Spica, SciPhone N19, SciPhone N21 and Tiger G3.
9. Added support for new Nokia Series 60 smartphones: Nokia 6700 Slide, Nokia 6788 and X6.
10. Added support for new Nokia Series 40 phones: Nokia 6750 Mural, Nokia 7230 and Nokia X3.
11. File Browser. Added possibility to read current directory with all sub- directories.
12. Phone Activity. Added Notes support for iPhone, iPod and Nokia Series 40 devices.
13. Connection. Added new version of the OxyAgent application for BlackBerry OS smartphones. Connection stability is significantly improved.
14. Messages. Export. Messages export to XML format is significantly improved and detailed.
15. General. Fixed data export errors for Android OS devices.
