..any thought to also making a "Distance / Online Learning" subcategory to put institutions into?

I graduated two years ago from the University of East London. The course leader at the time was Hamid Jahankhani, and the email address I have for him is Hamid2 @ UEL-Exchange.uel.ac.uk. Not sure if he's still the guy…

I see you have Stevenson University (USA) listed. It offers a Masters in Forensic Studies with Information Technology being one of the many "tracks." Others includes legal and accounting. Carla Owens is one contact person you can list. I just finished the IT program and I was one of the first to get into it. I did it online.

The legal classes are top notch. The computer classes are not as good. The main reason is that the computer professors are all FEs that are teaching as a second job. Whenever they get busy at work (FE) they disappear and don't respond to questions in a timely manner nor grade assignments on time. I don't know if the traditional classes are better. It's a good program, but it needs improvement. The Mock Trial Capstone is stressful but gives you great experience for court.

Hi all,

I've updated the first post with everything we have so far (in something like alphabetical order). Thanks again to everyone who's contributed and please continue sending in details of anywhere not already listed.

@Salvador - can you help me to identify which entries on the link you gave are academic institutions offering CF courses (i.e. not companies and not courses covering other types of forensics)?

@ForensiX, @PhineasGage - no problem with online courses as long as they're offered by genuine academic institutions. I'll be covering commercial offerings from companies at a later date.

Cheers,

Jamie
